Risk Disclosure
Effective June 18, 2026
Market Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Prices can move rapidly, markets can gap, liquidity can disappear, and losses may exceed expectations.
Leverage and Derivatives
Forex, futures, options, margin, and leveraged digital-asset products can magnify gains and losses. Options may expire worthless, spreads can create assignment and execution risks, and some leveraged products can produce losses beyond the amount initially committed.
Digital Assets
Cryptocurrency and digital assets may be affected by extreme volatility, custody failures, exchange insolvency, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory changes, and permanent loss.
Commodities and Futures
Commodity exposure may involve contract specifications, expiration, roll costs, weather, geopolitics, supply shocks, and overnight gaps.
Market Data and Technical Summaries
Embedded calendars, charts, market briefs, and technical ratings may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. A Buy, Sell, or Neutral display is a mechanical summary based on selected inputs and timeframes; it is not a recommendation, prediction, or assurance of future price movement. Verify material information independently before making a decision.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Artificial intelligence, machine-learning models, scanners, sentiment tools, backtests, trading bots, and automated order systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, stale, overfit, or fabricated outputs. Automation can amplify errors and may fail because of data problems, coding defects, model drift, connectivity, latency, liquidity, broker restrictions, outages, or market gaps. Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical and may differ materially from live results. Do not treat an AI output as financial advice, a prediction, or a substitute for independent verification, human oversight, and predefined risk controls.
Proprietary Trading Evaluations
Evaluation-based trading programs can require upfront or recurring fees and strict compliance with drawdown, consistency, payout, inactivity, and prohibited-strategy rules. Many stages may use simulated accounts. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee access to live capital, payouts, profits, or continued participation. Program terms and eligibility can change.
Educator and Creator Reviews
Public content quality, audience size, credentials, popularity, or inclusion in The War Council does not establish trading profitability or suitability. Educational methods may be incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Independently verify claims, costs, conflicts, and risks before purchasing a course, tool, subscription, or trading service.
Framework Metrics
Any figures used in educational frameworks—including the Iron Citadel’s 1.5% maximum capital allocation, 50% credit-spread profit target, and 100% or greater long-premium objective—are illustrative components of that framework. They are not personalized recommendations, expected returns, or guarantees.
Wealth-Building and Alternative Assets
Real estate, private businesses, precious metals, diversified securities, and cash equivalents can lose value or fail to produce expected income. They may involve leverage, illiquidity, fees, taxes, maintenance, storage, custody, valuation uncertainty, counterparty risk, and concentration risk. No asset is guaranteed to hedge inflation or protect against economic downturns. The cash-flow definitions discussed in educational commentary are simplified analytical lenses and may differ from legal or accounting definitions.
Your Responsibility
Evaluate your financial circumstances, experience, objectives, and risk tolerance. Consider consulting appropriately licensed professionals before making financial decisions. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
