1. Educational Purpose

All content on Sun Tzu Trading is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. No Adviser-Client Relationship

Use of the website does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, brokerage, or professional relationship. You remain solely responsible for your research, decisions, risk limits, accounts, and results.

3. No Guarantees

Market examples, frameworks, objectives, and historical observations do not guarantee future performance. No statement should be interpreted as a promise of profit, loss prevention, or a particular outcome.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent the content, or reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

5. Third-Party Market Data

The War Room uses embedded third-party calendars, charts, market briefs, and technical summaries. Data can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or inaccurate. Technical ratings are mechanical summaries and must not be treated as recommendations, predictions, trade signals, or substitutes for independent research. Third-party tools remain subject to the provider’s terms, attribution requirements, data availability, and privacy practices.

6. Merchandise

Product availability, pricing, variants, shipping, returns, and fulfillment will be governed by the terms shown at the external checkout and fulfillment provider when commerce is activated. Product images may be representative mockups.

7. Affiliate Relationships, Reviews, and Third-Party Services

The Armory, The Treasury, and selected War Council dossiers may eventually contain sponsored, affiliate, or partner links. 8. Independent Editorial Reviews

War Council profiles are independent educational commentary based on publicly available material and cited sources. Reviews may contain opinion, may become outdated, and do not verify private trading performance, account statements, income claims, or profitability. Creators and providers may request factual corrections, but they do not control editorial conclusions.

9. Proprietary Trading Evaluations

Prop-trading evaluation programs may charge nonrefundable fees, use simulated accounts, impose changing drawdown and payout rules, restrict strategies, and limit availability by jurisdiction. Purchasing or passing an evaluation does not guarantee live capital, payouts, profits, or continuing account access. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s current rules before purchase.

10. Wealth-Building Commentary

The Fortified Estate and related field notes discuss cash flow, reserves, asset categories, diversification, and long-term capital allocation for educational purposes. References to Robert Kiyosaki or Rich Dad are independent commentary and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or adoption of every view associated with those persons or brands. No asset category, allocation method, trading-profit extraction process, or inflation-hedging claim is guaranteed or suitable for every user.

11. Intellectual Property

The Sun Tzu Trading name, original graphics, site design, written frameworks, and merchandise designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Quotations attributed to historical works are used for commentary and educational context.

12. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Tzu Trading is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content, market activity, third-party services, or interrupted access.
